KANGA CRICKET

“School Cricket is the Foundation of Our Cricket"

Kanga Cricket is an introductory modified skills and games program for kindergarten and primary school aged children. The program is based on fun and encourages full participation of both boys and girls with the opportunity to enjoy cricket regardless of their age, gender or ability. The Kanga Cricket program encourages teachers to become involved and is focused on helping children learn the basic skills of catching, throwing and hitting. Cricket is an easy game to learn and provides skills, which carry over to other lifetime sports.  Cricket improves bat/ball motor skills, hand/eye coordination and decision-making skills. The game is safe and easy to play and an ideal co-educational activity.
